1. Save for perishable goods, all returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in the Return Policy. The Buyer may initiate the return process by communicating with Omnivarya or Seller through the Platform, as the case may be. The logo(s) of the Return Policy for each Goods can be found on the Goods\u2019 product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. The Buyer may, by completing the Online Return Form, apply to return the purchased Goods to Omnivarya or the Seller in exchange for a replacement or a refund. The Buyer shall ensure that the purchased Goods is returned to Omnivarya or the Seller within the applicable returns eligibility period set out in the Return Policy. For avoidance of doubt, the countdown starts from the date the Buyer receives the purchased Goods to the post stamp date on the return parcel. In case of damaged goods, please contact Omnivarya or the Seller within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to expedite the claim process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.3 \u4ea4\u4ed8\u7d66\u8cb7\u65b9\u7684\u8ca8\u7269\u8207\u8ce3\u65b9\u5728\u8ca8\u7269\u6e05\u55ae\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u5dee\u7570\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.4 \u4ea4\u4ed8\u7d66\u8cb7\u65b9\u7684\u8ca8\u7269\u8207\u8a02\u55ae\u4e2d\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u5354\u5b9a\u898f\u683c\u4e0d\u7b26\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u5c3a\u5bf8\u3001\u984f\u8272\u7b49\u932f\u8aa4\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. \u5118\u7ba1\u6709\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7b2c 3. \u689d\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5141\u8a31\u9000\u56de\u6216\u53d6\u6d88\u4efb\u4f55\u6613\u8150\u721b\u8ca8\u54c1\u3002\u70ba\u78ba\u4fdd\u8cb7\u5bb6\u5c0d\u6536\u5230\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u611f\u5230\u6eff\u610f\uff0c\u8cb7\u5bb6\u61c9\u5728\u8a02\u55ae\u5230\u8ca8\u5f8c\u7acb\u5373\u6aa2\u67e5\u5167\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
